Service Description

Our AI portrait service allows you to upload a photograph and generate a personalised AI-created portrait in a historical style. A free watermarked preview is provided before purchase. Payment unlocks the full unwatermarked version.

Your Responsibilities

By uploading a photograph to our portrait service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and use the photograph, including the consent of any person depicted
• You are uploading photographs of yourself, or you have the consent of the person depicted (or their parent or legal guardian if they are under 18)
• The photograph does not contain any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use
• The photograph does not contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
• You will use generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes only

No Guarantee of Likeness

Portraits are artistic AI interpretations and are not exact reproductions. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, likeness, or quality of any generated portrait. Results may vary depending on the photograph provided and the style selected.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or remove any uploaded photograph or generated portrait at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, content flagged by our automated safety screening. Failure to screen or reject any particular upload does not constitute approval or acceptance of that content.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

We do not screen uploads for third-party intellectual property and make no representations that generated portraits are free from third-party rights. If a generated portrait inadvertently contains elements resembling third-party trademarks, brands, or copyrighted material, this does not constitute our endorsement or authorisation of such use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any generated portrait does not infringe third-party rights.

All content on Kidopoly, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software, is owned by Shah Corporation Limited or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission
• Some content on our site, including text, images, quizzes, and educational material, is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. All such content is owned by Shah Corporation Limited
• AI-generated content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. We make no representations as to its completeness or accuracy
• The Kidopoly name and logo are trademarks of Shah Corporation Limited
• All AI-generated portraits are owned by Shah Corporation Limited. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use your portrait for private purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any generated portrait
• You are solely responsible for how you use, display, or distribute any portrait you purchase. We accept no liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of generated portraits

If you submit content to us (such as feedback, suggestions, contact form messages, photographs for portrait generation, or quiz topics and related information through our interactive features):

• You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content and any content generated from your submissions, including the right to process photographs through third-party AI services
• You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
• We are not obligated to use, publish, or respond to any submissions
• Submissions may be processed by automated tools, including third-party artificial intelligence services, to generate content. All output generated from your submissions is owned exclusively by Shah Corporation Limited
• Content generated from your submissions (such as quizzes) may be made publicly available on our website or used for promotional purposes. AI-generated portraits will not be made publicly available or used for promotional purposes without your separate consent
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or moderate any submission at our sole discretion, including through automated moderation systems, without notice or explanation

General Terms

When purchasing products from us:

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our third-party payment provider
• We do not store your payment card details — these are processed and held by our payment provider subject to their own terms and privacy policy
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased digital products

AI Portraits — Refund Policy

AI-generated portraits are personalised digital goods created to your individual specifications using your uploaded photograph. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. All portrait purchases are final and non-refundable once the portrait has been generated.

• A free watermarked preview is provided before any payment is taken, allowing you to assess the portrait before purchase
• Physical products (prints and canvases) are also personalised goods created from your specific portrait and are non-refundable. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or practices of any third-party sites. Affiliate links may be used, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Our website includes directory listings of third-party activity providers, classes, and clubs for children. These listings are provided for informational purposes only.

• Any interaction, booking, or transaction between you and a listed provider is solely between you and that provider. Kidopoly is not a party to any such arrangement
• We accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on directory listings, or from any interaction with a listed provider

• Any AI-generated content, including portraits, will be accurate, complete, or free from errors or third-party intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes restrictions applied by automated systems such as rate limiting, moderation, and abuse-detection measures. Any such restrictions are at our sole discretion and you agree not to attempt to circumvent them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
